For those who have tried walking around our city’s central business district, you can really feel the wanton disregard and the sorry state of these little strips of public property.
It seems like it is a free for all and anybody’s game that is the current policy being implemented here and the city government does nothing to clear it from obstructions.
I hope I can still witness the time when laws will be implemented for all its worth and the sidewalks will be given back to the pedestrians just like what Bayani did in Marikina.

the new city administration already started the clearing of sidewalks this year. i hope this is going to be a sustained effort.
